Refund policy

You're an adult. You shouldn't be buying things on a whim in the first place. But, I appreciate that you're human, and sometimes, things don't always go as planned.

Any used product is final sale, and is not returnable. This includes consignment items, and any items purchased through CAM, or other 3rd party marketplaces.

I have a 14-day return policy on new product, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be subjected to a 30% restocking charge once inspected and accepted. The refund will be issued by the same method it was paid for.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase. Any exposure to pets, smoke or strong scents will void the return and refund.

To start a return, please email me at unityaudiocanada@gmail.com. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
B-stock, factory seconds, or any item that is deemed a final sale in the description cannot be returned. This includes items that are listed/purchased via the 3rd party sales sites we use, such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Kijiji, Etsy, and Canuck Audio Mart.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

However, if you've have purchased a cable that is too short for a new application or system configuration, the item can be returned and exchanged. Contact us for further info.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
